A survey will not be provided by Seller. Any successful Buyer will be required to put down10% day of auction and execute a Contract for the purchase of the real estate under the terms and conditions specified herein and any sale will not be subject to Buyer obtaining financing. The earnest money should be in the form of a personal or cashier’s check. The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing to be held on or before November 15, 2011.
