The Narrows Inn
- Greers Ferry Lake, Arkansas-
10 Narrows Inn Condos & The Greers Ferry Yacht Club.
Once known as the Narrows Inn, the building was thoughtfully transformed by a group of local businessmen into a stunning lakefront property — enjoyed for years as their private corporate retreat. Now, for the very first time, it is offered to the public. Sitting at the historic Narrows Bridge, it combines history, location, and some of the best views on one of Arkansas' most iconic waterfront destinations.
10 units span three floors, from a 1,181-square-foot two-bedroom up to a 2,155-square-foot top-floor suite anchored by a massive covered patio over Narrows Marina — plus a one-of-a-kind former Yacht Club bar with lake and marina views.
All units convey fully furnished, ready for immediate use. The Yacht Club conveys with its attached fixtures only.
Through the Buyer's Ultimate Choice system, you can bid on any single unit, any combination of units, or all.
Greers Ferry Lake
For most of the 20th century this area was just another lovely section of Arkansas with small towns connected by trails and dirt roads, but in 1963 Greers Ferry Lake became a reality. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers completed construction of a dam spanning the Little Red River — 1,704 feet in length and 243 feet in height — forming a lake 50 miles long, covering 40,000 acres, and creating a shoreline of 343 miles.
Our river tributaries produce some of the largest walleye in the world, supporting a major event — the Walleye Run. Elevation of the lake at top flood control pool is 487 feet above mean sea level. Most important is that the lake ranks as one of the most pollution-free in the nation, providing an excellent water playground for fishermen, water skiers, scuba divers, and anyone seeking fun in the sun.
As the seventh tourist destination point in Arkansas, the lake is dotted with first-rate marinas and boat docks, over 1,200 public and private camp sites, and a good selection of motel and resort facilities.

Buyer's Ultimate Choice
Bid Any Way You Want
Bid on a single unit. Bid on a combination — say, two adjacent suites for a family compound, or all four top-floor units. Bid on the entire property as a portfolio. Every option stays open the whole auction.
The Software Does the Math
Our system evaluates every active bid — individual, combination, and whole-property — and calculates the configuration that produces the highest total. That winning combination is what sells.
Buyers Set Their Own Terms
A buyer who wants one unit isn't priced out by someone who wants the whole building. A buyer who wants the whole building has a clear path to win it. Everyone bids on what they actually want.
Different buyers want different things. A weekend place on the lake. Two adjacent units for family next door. A portfolio. The whole building. BUC lets every buyer bid on the exact configuration that fits their goals — not whatever package someone else decided to put together.
Each One Distinct
All condominium units convey fully furnished with comfortable, high end furnishings. The Yacht Club conveys with its attached fixtures only.

In 2025, Renolit was installed on both the pool floor and patio floor.

The Seller is not required to extend the closing date to accommodate financing. It is my responsibility to ensure that I have financing in place prior to bidding at the auction.
Important: I understand that I must provide these auction terms to my lender before bidding. Some loans contain conditions that conflict with the terms of this auction. The terms will not be changed to accommodate certain loans. The contract remains non-contingent on financing.

Federal Law
Collusion or bid-rigging at auction is illegal and violates anti-trust laws.
